Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, client-focused service on the sales floor, greeting customers and responding to product inquiries.
  • Support sales associates by processing transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store POS system.
  • Execute clienteling activities including capturing client data, following up on requests and assisting with appointments.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, fold and steam merchandise and ensure the sales floor remains immaculate.
  • Manage stockroom operations including receiving, organizing and preparing inventory for floor replenishment.
  • Assist with in-store events, product launches and promotional activities as required.
  • Prepare basic sales and inventory reports and communicate daily observations to store management.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, cash handling and brand security procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-oriented manner.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight for stockroom duties.
  • Discretion and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and brand standards.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of retail or luxury sales experience; prior seasonal or temporary retail roles and clienteling experience are advantageous.
