Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning; greet clients, build rapport and convert interactions into sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement, clienteling and follow-up.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, manage cash handling and complete end-of-day reconciliation as required.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain on-floor presentation to brand guidelines, including replenishment and styling for product displays.
- Support inventory operations: receive and unpack shipments, conduct cycle counts, replenish stock and assist in stockroom organisation.
- Participate in store events, promotions and client outreach initiatives; document client preferences and contribute to the store CRM.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store policies and health & safety protocols; escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide attentive, client-focused service in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Right to work in the United States (or local market) and ability to meet physical demands of retail (standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of retail sales experience preferred; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is advantageous. Experience handling busy footfall, meeting sales KPIs and participating in merchandising resets is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or product training certificates are a plus.
