Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients using Coach brand standards and clienteling techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consultative selling, up-selling and cross-selling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, returns and gift-wrap services.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including window and floor displays, stock presentation and housekeeping.
- Support inventory management: receive, price, replenish stock and complete cycle counts as required.
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches and seasonal campaigns as a front-line ambassador for the brand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Previous retail sales experience; experience with luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work standing shifts for extended periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments preferred for temporary or seasonal assignments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
