Coach in Macau is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver luxury client service, omnichannel selling and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalised shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, capture client data and support omnichannel fulfilment (online pickup, returns, exchanges).
- Utilise social selling and short-form video/live-stream formats to acquire new customers and support brand initiatives.
- Perform daily operational duties including inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and cash wrap while adhering to asset protection procedures.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards, assist teammates across functions and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Participate in training, brand initiatives and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personalised clienteling strategies.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic digital devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); experience reading price/release sheets.
- Social-media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live‑stream shopping and short-form video demonstrations (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail exposure is preferred. A combination of relevant education and demonstrable sales experience will be considered.
