Coach is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Macau — part-time role delivering luxury client service, omni-channel selling and personalised styling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding Coach Guide to Style and Service standards at all times.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through product expertise, styling and relationship-building to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Source and cultivate new customers, follow up to close sales and maintain accurate client records.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organised and compliant with POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock, product movement).
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience accepted.
