Coach – Hong Kong: Seasonal Sales Associate (part‑time) delivering luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and in‑store merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new clients through follow‑up and outreach.
- Operate daily store functions: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and complete inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom—ensure product is organized, stocked and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Experience using clienteling tools and familiarity with social selling or live‑stream/video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and use store communications equipment (e.g., walkie‑talkie).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, with prior luxury retail or omni‑channel selling experience strongly preferred; experience in clienteling and data capture is advantageous.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
