Coach Hong Kong seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate in Causeway Bay — part-time retail role focused on clienteling, omnichannel sales and mobile POS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short‑form video channels to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and adaptability; prioritise exceptional service during peak periods.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols.
- Support inventory cycles, shipment processing and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competence with POS systems and mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices, data acquisition and CRM-driven selling; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred. Candidates with a relevant mix of education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training is preferred but not mandatory.
