Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product expertise to build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and promptly follow up with prospects to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise, and ensure accurate product movement and merchandising.
  • Sustain visual merchandising and floor standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and compliant with asset protection procedures.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programmes, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with walkie-talkie communication.
  • Demonstrable customer-facing skills, strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, and fluency in English.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data-acquisition practices.

Experience
