Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach style and service standards while delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Engage clients through styling advice, product expertise and bespoke recommendations to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored client outreach.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational tasks: manage cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and complete inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising, floor readiness and asset‑protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organised and stocked.
- Support inventory cycles, participate in brand initiatives and training programmes, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Maintain composure and professionalism on a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven operation of point‑of‑sale systems and familiarity with mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop).
- Practical experience using clienteling tools and basic data acquisition techniques.
- Comfortable with social selling formats (short‑form video, live‑stream shopping) and social media engagement (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and to maintain high energy while managing multiple customers.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred. Candidates with a blend of relevant education and demonstrable retail performance will be considered.
