Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards and a high-touch, personalized shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream demonstrations to capture customer data and extend brand reach.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
- Maintain floor readiness, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures while assisting teammates in functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with Mobile POS.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail background and demonstrable clienteling or social‑selling experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related vocational training advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
