Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service on the sales floor to uphold Coach’s luxury standards and drive conversions.
  • Support store sales associates by greeting clients, managing fitting rooms, and facilitating product selection and styling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: restock displays, execute floor moves, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Assist with inventory control activities including receiving shipments, restocking, cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support clienteling initiatives by capturing client details and assisting with follow-up communications when required.
  • Participate in loss-prevention protocols and sustain a clean, organized, and secure selling environment.
  • Provide flexible coverage for peak periods, promotional events and team absences as directed by store management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further study in retail, fashion or merchandising advantageous.
  • Previous retail experience; prior experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and a polished, professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if employed in the U.S.).
  • Reliable, punctual and able to remain on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
