Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and clienteling standards.
  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive outreach, product presentation and relationship building.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling integrity.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the salesfloor, fitting rooms and inventory are presented to brand specifications.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, restocking and basic loss-prevention practices.
  • Participate in onboarding and product training; communicate client feedback and market trends to store management.
  • Perform opening/closing duties and other store operations as scheduled for the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a retail or hospitality environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished appearance.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods typical of retail peak seasons.
  • Basic numeracy and experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
