Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand by delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage inventory receipt and replenishment, perform visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Support inventory cycles, online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges) and asset protection procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a high-energy, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute clienteling strategies.
- Experience operating POS systems and familiarity with mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail experience, demonstrated clienteling skills and familiarity with social selling or live-stream commerce are preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; combination of relevant post-secondary education and practical retail experience will be considered.
