Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate for its retail location in Cypress, Texas. This role is integral to the store's operational success and customer experience, requiring direct engagement with customers at the cash wrap, meticulous stock management, and consistent upkeep of the sales floor. The position demands accurate POS operations, effective inventory handling from receipt through point of sale, and the ability to maintain brand standards through personalized customer service and efficient store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales performance
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release sheets, and communicate via walkie talkie
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
