Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalized client service on the sales floor to drive conversion and foster long-term relationships with customers.
  • Support daily store operations including transactions, returns/exchanges, cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, ensure garment presentation, maintain shop floor and fitting-room standards.
  • Manage inventory tasks such as receiving, labeling, stock replenishment and cycle counts; assist with back-stock organization.
  • Assist store leadership with clienteling activities, appointment preparation, and follow-up communications to support sales targets.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention protocols and brand compliance, escalating exceptions to management as appropriate.
  • Work flexible shifts to cover peak periods, special events and seasonal demand; support ad hoc tasks as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary client service with polished interpersonal skills.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling accuracy; comfort operating point-of-sale systems and mobile devices.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability and capacity to maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail scheduling.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
