Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process customer purchases, returns and exchanges with accuracy and speed.
  • Deliver polished, personalized client service consistent with luxury retail standards and brand positioning.
  • Perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation; maintain transaction records and receipts.
  • Support store presentation: maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock and ensure an immaculate sales floor.
  • Follow loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures; report incidents and discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory counts and ad-hoc store tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable cash handling accuracy and familiarity with POS transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
