Role & Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process customer purchases, returns and exchanges with accuracy and speed.
- Deliver polished, personalized client service consistent with luxury retail standards and brand positioning.
- Perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation; maintain transaction records and receipts.
- Support store presentation: maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock and ensure an immaculate sales floor.
- Follow loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures; report incidents and discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory counts and ad-hoc store tasks to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail environment.
- Demonstrable cash handling accuracy and familiarity with POS transactions.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and integrity in handling cash and sensitive customer information.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks associated with retail operations.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or cashier experience; prior experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred but not required.
Education
