Coach Sales Support Specialist (Temporary)

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, brand-appropriate service to clients on the sales floor and at the point of sale, supporting full-time sales staff during peak periods and events.
- Process transactions, exchanges and returns accurately using the store point-of-sale system and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, arrange product presentation, and execute store layouts to brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and organize incoming shipments; assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment and back-room organization.
- Assist with clienteling activities: follow up on client requests, prepare appointments and support CRM record upkeep as directed.
- Help maintain fitting rooms and sales floor presentation, ensuring a pristine, luxury retail environment at all times.
- Participate in loss-prevention measures and report discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues to store management.
- Perform light administrative tasks as required (tagging, price checks, preparing parcels for shipping).
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver courteous, client-focused service in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Able to follow visual merchandising and brand presentation standards with attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and to lift and move merchandise (typical retail requirements).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-service experience preferred. Prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
