Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to meet and exceed sales objectives during assigned shifts.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; handle cash and electronic payments following store procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain window and floor presentation to brand standards.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise; assist with stock replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Assist with inventory counts, loss-prevention procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure store readiness.
- Support store events, private appointments and pop-up activations as required by management.
- Collaborate with full-time store team to achieve KPIs and maintain a smooth customer experience during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high-calibre customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Strong verbal communication and basic numeracy; reliable accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the United States (authorization to work required).
- Prior experience in luxury, premium retail or fashion brands preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of retail experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium-brand environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in retail, fashion or business is a plus.
