Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and deliver personalised, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and support local social media engagement when required.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; maintain cash-wrap organisation and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
  • Recommend add-on items, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and sales goals.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy, compliant stockroom.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and assist with visual merchandising updates and floor moves.
  • Support sales floor activity, respond to customer requests confidently, and escalate or partner with management as necessary.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention and health & safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop, walkie‑talkie and basic internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Capacity to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

Education
