Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized customer service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor, anticipating client needs and building rapport.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media handling and maintain cash wrap organization in accordance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize inbound shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
• Maintain sales floor merchandising standards: replenish stock, execute visual merchandising updates, and support promotional displays.
• Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives and sales targets.
• Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards; assist teammates and management with floor activities during peak periods.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash register/POS systems, Mobile POS, and basic computing on iPad/laptop; comfortable using walkie talkies and internet-based tools.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cash handling, stockroom operations or direct sales—preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or merchandising training is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
