Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the store team, ensuring seamless salesfloor operations and high standards of presentation.
- Assist clients with product enquiries, in-store appointments and after-sales service while delivering personalised clienteling to build long-term relationships.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution to maintain merchandising integrity.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain window and floor standards to reflect the brand aesthetic and promotional calendar.
- Process transactions, handle cash and POS operations accurately while adhering to loss-prevention and reconciliation procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and inventory reports, escalate operational issues and liaise with regional management and supply chain as required.
- Support onboarding and training of junior team members and deputise for senior retail staff during peak periods or absences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or leather goods.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills with a service-oriented disposition.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.

Typically 2+ years of retail or store operations experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion brand, demonstrating proficiency in inventory control, client service and merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or industry-related certification preferred.
