Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance and anticipate client needs.
  • Operate the point-of-sale accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap, and handle cash and media in accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process, and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
  • Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates, and support floor moves to meet brand standards.
  • Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with sales team and management to deliver service goals.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform physically demanding tasks including regular lifting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale operations; basic computer literacy including iPad and laptop use.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; strong English proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
