Coach Sales Support Associate Part-Time at Woodstock, GA. Support retail operations, manage POS, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with established policies
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and community presence
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales functions, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet platforms
- Ability to utilize two-way communication devices and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capacity to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments. Experience in cashier operations, stock management, or direct sales is highly valued.
Education
