Coach Sales Support Associate (Part-time) in Woodburn, Oregon—luxury retail customer service, POS operations, and inventory management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and other media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.); climb, bend, and kneel as required for sales floor and stockroom operations
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment (cashier, stock, or sales roles)
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
- Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
- Ability to use walkie-talkie communication devices
- Competency in reading and interpreting price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail service setting. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
