Coach Sales Support Associate in Winnipeg, MB — luxury retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr plus benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local market, actively supporting social media engagement initiatives
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in full compliance with company policy
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as required
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cash handling, stock management, or sales, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS platforms, and internet navigation
  • Ability to use walkie-talkie systems and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail service background. Experience in cash handling, stock management, and customer-facing roles is highly valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
