Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide personalised, professional assistance to drive conversion and brand loyalty.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; maintain an organised cash wrap and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
  • Support the sales floor through replenishment, executing visual merchandising updates and maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom integrity.
  • Recommend add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and partner with colleagues and management to resolve customer requests or operational issues.
  • Perform physical tasks as required (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor marketplace dynamics.
  • Proficiency using POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic laptop/internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to bend, climb and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience; previous cashiering, stockroom or front-of-house retail roles are required. Prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
