Coach in Vaughan, Ontario (Vaughan Mills) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Process, receive and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, compliant stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising and fixture updates as directed.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand visibility including social media engagement.
- Support sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and store management to meet targets.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; perform regular lifting and physical tasks safely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier/stock/sales); experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending and maneuvering in stockroom and sales floor spaces.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail experience is required, with prior cashier, stock or sales responsibilities; luxury retail experience is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

This position is based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
