Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and comply with company cash-handling policies.
- Receive, process, and organise shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy, efficient stockroom.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising and display updates as directed.
- Support sales floor activity by suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards, capturing customer information where permitted, and escalating client needs to management.
- Maintain housekeeping and loss-prevention standards; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and bending, climbing, or kneeling as required.
- Represent the brand in the local market, acting as an internal ambassador and supporting social media engagement when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive activity in the marketplace.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer use (including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude, and the ability to multitask in a high‑volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and statutory holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally with exposure to cashiering, stockroom operations and direct customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
