Coach in Vaughan, Ontario is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate. Join Tapestry's retail team to deliver exceptional guest service and operational support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional guest welcome and personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
  • Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media and maintain an organised cash wrap in accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
  • Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Support floor sales activities, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and assist in maintaining a safe retail environment.
  • Act as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proven cash handling experience and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, kneel and climb as required.

Experience

At least one year of hands-on retail experience—cashiering, stockroom operations or direct sales—preferred in a luxury or premium retail setting; a combination of education and related experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; retail, hospitality or visual merchandising certification is an asset.

This position is based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
