Coach Sales Support Associate in Vancouver, BC. Part-time retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr with benefits including health insurance and tuition assistance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet platforms
- Ability to operate walkie-talkie devices and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certification is a plus.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
