Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in strict compliance with policy.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture permitted customer information to support CRM and sales goals.
- Support general sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently and liaise with colleagues or management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; perform occasional physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; support social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with professional verbal communication.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of previous retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; hands-on cashier and stockroom experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
