Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and deliver personalised customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; maintain organised cash wrap and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; reconcile discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute basic visual merchandising updates and support floor readiness.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand presence including social media engagement.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures, store housekeeping standards, and assist teammates or management as needed during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and local market competition.
- Practical knowledge of cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop); able to use walkie talkie and read price/product release sheets.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail and cash/wrap responsibilities is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
