Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with brand policies
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory integrity
  • Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates in accordance with brand standards
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance customer lifetime value
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community; actively support social media engagement initiatives
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store environment and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

  • One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet platforms
  • Ability to utilize walkie talkies and interpret price and product release sheets accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
