Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Tulalip, WA (Seattle Outlets). Join Coach to support POS, merchandising and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute merchandising updates to reflect visual standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling efforts.
- Support store social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with sales team and management to respond to customer requests and support peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail seasons.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales and stock areas.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience is required, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
