Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate client needs and provide personalized shopping guidance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle currency and payment media in full compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to enhance clienteling efforts
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; identify discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising directives
• Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer inquiries, and collaborate with team members and management
• Serve as a brand ambassador within the store and local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines
• Demonstrate ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales and stockroom areas

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet applications
• Ability to use walkie-talkie systems; competency in reading price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably in a luxury retail environment. A combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
