Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Tucson, Arizona to support retail operations, inventory management, and customer service at a premium outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence, partnering with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
