Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Support product flow from receipt to sales: receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales objectives and CRM activities.
- Support general sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with colleagues or management to resolve issues.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform routine physical tasks including lifting and maneuvering stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and the competitive retail marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop, and Internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high‑volume retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.

At least one year of prior retail experience in cashiering, stockroom operations, or sales; experience in luxury retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and applicable retail experience will be considered.
