Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales environments, preferably within a luxury retail service context. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific educational requirements may be waived based on relevant retail experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
