Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment methods in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
- Ability to utilize radio communication devices and interpret price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and move freely throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier operations, stock management, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered equivalent to stated requirements.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional relevant retail training or certifications are beneficial but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
