Coach Sales Support Associate part-time position in Toronto, Ontario. Hourly retail role supporting sales, inventory, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with brand guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates aligned with brand standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet applications
- Ability to operate walkie talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
Minimum one year of previous retail experience in a customer-facing, sales, or stock role, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal education requirements may be fulfilled through demonstrated retail experience and competency.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
