Coach Sales Support Associate in Toronto, Ontario—part-time retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr, benefits, and flexible scheduling at Scarborough Town Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with established policies
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by regulation
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment)
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to operate walkie talkies and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
