Coach Sales Support Associate in Toronto, Canada — retail role with $17.60–$22.00/hr, POS operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Serve as an internal and local market brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile point-of-sale systems, and internet navigation
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capacity to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience, including cashier operations, stock handling, or sales, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
