Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate, Toronto Eaton Centre | Part-time retail role, $17.60–$22.00/hr CAD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
  • Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with team members or management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
  • Ability to utilize walkie talkies and interpret price sheets and product release information
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
