Coach Sales Support Associate

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in accordance with policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Support general sales floor activity, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with sales associates and management to drive service standards.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain store housekeeping and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
• Proven cash handling accuracy and familiarity with POS/cash register systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to bend, climb and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Skills

Experience

At least 1+ years of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales). Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
