Coach in Tigard, OR is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to operate POS, maintain stockroom and deliver luxury customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, providing personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and follow cash/media handling policy.
- Recommend add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information in accordance with privacy and brand guidelines.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy, functional stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute basic visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and customer requests; collaborate with colleagues and management to meet service and sales objectives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; safely handle merchandise and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer functionality, including iPad, laptop and Mobile POS; comfortable using walkie-talkies and internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

At least one year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom or sales—preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
