Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Thornton, Colorado. Join Tapestry’s retail team at Denver Premium as a customer-facing sales support associate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising directives.
- Support on-floor selling activity by suggesting add-ons, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and assist management or teammates as required.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement when asked.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and local competitive retail landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems, POS operations and basic digital tools (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom, or sales); prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Thornton, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
