Coach hiring Temporary Sales Support Associate in The Woodlands, Texas. $15–$19.50/hr, part-time retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Process add-on product suggestions, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support overall sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in luxury retail service environments
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet platforms
- Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, with preference for luxury retail service background. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in The Woodlands, Texas, USA, within easy reach of Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
