Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Qualifications
- 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace analysis
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to operate iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems, and Internet platforms
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency

Experience
1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific education requirements are flexible if compensated by relevant retail experience.
