Coach Sales Support Associate
Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in The Woodlands, TX (Woodlands Mall) to support POS, inventory and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, providing warm, personalized service and building lasting relationships.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy, and maintain a tidy cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory or shipment discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand presence including social media engagement.
- Support loss prevention procedures, respond to customer requests confidently, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including lifting, bending and merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated cash handling accuracy and knowledge of cash register/POS operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift routinely at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical stockroom duties.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience—cashier, stock, or sales—is required; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
