Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Support Associate in Texas City, TX. Join Tapestry's retail team to support cash wrap, stockroom, and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report stock discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise, manage stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, promote add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Maintain store housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and the ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; must be able to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Texas City, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
